This product is a must for anybody with an insecure attachment system!

Do you have clients who are unhappy in their relationships?

Do they repeatedly choose the "wrong type"?

Maybe they find "nice guys" boring?

This visual workbook and therapeutic resource is designed for psychologists and mental health professionals working with clients who feel trapped in repetitive, unrewarding relationship patterns—often despite insight, motivation, and years of effort.

Grounded in contemporary neuroscience, attachment theory, and trauma-informed practice, this multi-part resource explores Blind Spots: unconscious relational processes shaped by early attachment experiences and encoded not only cognitively, but within the nervous system and body.

Part One focuses on identifying childhood abuse and neglect, including emotional, psychological, and relational trauma. Drawing on neurodevelopmental and attachment research, it illustrates how early experiences of threat, inconsistency, betrayal, or emotional absence shape the developing brain and nervous system—laying down implicit expectations about ones' safety, connectedness, and self-worth.
Part One includes 23 comprehensive pages including 4 worksheets, supporting deep reflection, and pattern recognition.

Part Two demonstrates how these early adaptations replay in adult relationships. Through clear examples and neurobiological explanations, clients gain a nuanced understanding of why they are drawn to certain people and dynamics. Blind spots are linked to attraction patterns, emotional reactivity, dissociation, hypervigilance, people-pleasing, self-silencing, and remaining bonded to relationships that feel confusing, painful, or unfulfilling.
Part Two includes 33 comprehensive pages including an incredibly insightful worksheet to explore fight, flight, freeze and fawn coping strategies in adult relationships. Designed to help clients connect past relational learning with present-day choices in a clear, embodied way.

Throughout, vibrant, tailor-made visuals and thoughtfully sequenced exercises translate complex neuroscience and trauma concepts into accessible, clinically meaningful understanding—allowing clients to make the unconscious conscious without shame or overwhelm. Clients consistently gain powerful insight into why they choose the people they do, and how these choices are shaped by both mind and body.

Part Three (Coming Soon) explores trauma bonds, seduction dynamics, and the neurobiology of attachment to harmful relationships, including intermittent reinforcement and reward–threat coupling.

Part Four (Coming Soon) focuses on neural rewiring and relational repair, integrating neuroscience, somatic awareness, and corrective relational experiences to support lasting change.

This resource is particularly well suited for clients with Complex PTSD and relational trauma, including betrayal trauma, gaslighting, deception, and exploitation. It's great for people with a tendency to fawn, care take or people please despite their own well-being.  Designed for in-session use or guided between-session work, it offers clinicians a robust, visually engaging tool to support insight, regulation, and meaningful relational healing.

Help clients reconnect with their authentic selves! Guide clients to gently 'sit back down' into their bodies and reestablish trust with their wise gut instincts. Anyone who enjoyed Bessel Van Der Kolk's The Body Holds the Score, will delight in this therapeutic resource.

A must Have! Part 3 and Part 4 coming soon!
