Never before has their been a visual resource (card deck) that guides professionals, parents, teachers and youth workers to discuss issues commonly faced by those in the LGBTIQ+ community. This 16 piece card set highlights important topics frequently encountered by gender and sexually diverse people. With bright and striking visuals, the cards are designed to help counsellors, professionals and parents invite conversation in a safe and non-judgemental manner. It also serves as an educational tool, helping members of the LGBTIQ+ community and those who work with them or care for them understand the matters that may require extra exploration and/or support.

With research indicating that the number of "same sex" couples tripled between 1996 and 2011 in Australia and that over 11% of the Australian population identify as having diverse sexual orientations and sex and gender identities, it is imperative that counsellors and teachers have a sound understanding of common issues faced.
